NNC creates and promotes projects such as the International Sea Urchin Festival, Go Foodies, Schist Villages, Endògenos, Platicemar, Azores Fish Soup Festival, Lusófona University Open Kitchen, among others.
With evidence given in a worldwide level, NNC is involved in food literacy and gastronomic tourism promotion consortia, for example with the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). NNC is an associate company of the UN Global Compact and ODS Alliance – Sustainable Development Objectives, an initiative of the United Nations (UN) to transform the world until 2030.
